Welcome to the official site of the Miami Coral Park Senior High School, JROTC "Ram Ranger" Battalion. We are privileged to have been designated “Honor Unit with Distinction” 22 out of 23 years since our establishment in 1984. In 1999, the female Ram Ranger Drill Team won the overall National Championship Trophy in the Alternative Arms Division at Daytona, Florida. In addition, the female Ram Ranger Drill Teams were runners-up at the Nationals in 1993, 1995, 1997, and 2001. In 2007, the Ram Ranger Drill Team and Color Guard were ranked one of the top teams in the nation earning First Place Dual Exhibition and other accolades. Thus far, the Ram Ranger Battalion had six cadets nominated and appointed into the West Point Military Academy. Out of the six appointments, four were commissioned Second Lieutenants in the world’s finest Army. What makes our program so successful for so many years? It’s our outstanding cadets. Our program is a cadet-run program, from the top of the chain of command all the way down to a person sitting at the end of a squad. Our cadets are highly motivated and highly dedicated, and it shows. We stress team work and take pride in everything we do. Other schools are always gunning for us. We are the school to beat. We are the Ram Rangers!
