The Home Language Assistance Program is designed to meet the needs of your child as mandated by the law.  This program is designed to support the instruction of your child’s classroom teacher by giving them the individual attention that they need in order to succeed.  Your child has been informed of the Home Language Assistance Program through a presentation given in their ESOL class, and I encourage you to have your child take full advantage of this service.  All mathematics, science, social studies, and computer literacy teachers know of this program   If you or your child have any questions regarding the program, I may be reached at (305) 226-6565 Ext. 2206 or you may see me in my office 101J from 7:00 am to 8:00 am every morning.

 Here at Miami Coral Park Senior High School, and specifically through the department of Home Language Assistance, we strive to make the transition from the home language to English a challenging and academically stimulating experience.
